For those that are you who are yet to submit their Expression of Interest, do note that we have the following rules of conduct / terms and conditions in place:
1. Event Overview
This community event features invited politicians and is organised to facilitate respectful and productive dialogue between community members and our guests.
2. Polite and Respectful Conduct
All attendees are required to behave in a polite and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of abusive language will not be tolerated. Attendees who violate this policy will be asked to leave the event immediately.
3. Question Submission Policy
Advance Submission Only: Only individuals who have submitted their questions prior to the event will be eligible to ask them during the session.
4. No On-the-Spot Questions: Questions not submitted in advance will not be entertained.
Moderation: All questions will be subject to review by the event moderators, who reserve the right to select and arrange the order of questions based on relevance and appropriateness.
5. Event Modifications and Cancellations
The organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or format of the event at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation, any necessary or alternative arrangements will be communicated promptly.
6. Liability
The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
7. Privacy
By attending the event and submitting questions, you consent to the use of your personal information for event-related communications. Your details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Your participation in this event constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from attending.

$10 will buy one corflute sign
$30 pays our domain and website hosting for a month
$100 will cover the cost of printing 1000 flyers
Your donation will go to the production of community resources to help spread the word about our campaign. All committee members are volunteers and will not receive payment for their time.
Our independent bookkeeper will track all donations so that if there is a surplus at the end of the campaign, it will be donated to a local charity.
You don't have to have lots of time or money to make a difference. You can follow us on Facebook or Instagram , like and share out our posts, or talk to your neighbours and friends about this permanent closure as so many are still not aware of this closure and the impact it will have on many.
We have bright red new signs for you to display on your fence, they are $10 each (unless we can find a business sponsor who will pay for the printing).
