HOW TO WRITE YOUR LETTER

1. Start with a Clear Subject:

  • Example: Opposition to Champion Road Closure.

2. Introduce Yourself:

  • Briefly mention your name, where you live, and your connection to the Champion Road area.

3. State Your Concern:

  • Clearly express your opposition to the closure of Champion Road.
